In 2018, the city of Philadelphia adopted Bud Light’s “Dilly Dilly” catchphrase as their own with “Philly Philly”, a rally cry for the city and for fans of the Philadelphia Eagles, their NFL football franchise. At that point, we’d already won. We’d transcended advertising and landed straight in the middle of sports history.
